Description
DDSF54 single phase multi-tariff electronic energy meter is equipped with advance energy metric chip, with the design of reliable MCU circuit, adopting digital process technology and advanced SMT surface process, the meter have reached advanced international standard level, the meter can record user power consumption of different period of time according to preset multi-tariff parameter. Through infrared program or RS485 interface, the parameter of meter can be set and data can be read in local and in remote. Through RS485, data network build energy parameter collection in long distance. User can read relevant parameter of meter by LCD display. All the parameter and capability of meter are completely conform to below technical standards.

When the meter work, the power consumption of user transfer into voltage and current signals , sampled by sample circuit respectively, then process into pulse by specialized IC which is direct proportion with power consumed, MCU record and store energy pulse. It process and record respectively energy corresponded period of time according to the contents of clock and period of time, LCD display meter energy of day hour and low load, Through infrared read unit or RS485 communication interface, the parameter chose by user and data stored can be communicated
Main functions
4.1 Energy measurement
●Measure bi-direction active energy; (reverse energy is calculated as positive one), data keep time after electricity break off is more than 10 years
●Store all multi-tariff energy data of 4 months including current month; data transfer dividing line time is the date of automatic read set.
4.2 Tariff and period of time
●Program set day hour, low load 2 tariff and 8 period of time. Default set is 2 period of time, the minimum interval of period of time is 30 minutes, period of time set can span zero clock.
●Adopting inset crystal hardware clock circuit, having temperature compensation circuit. The meter can automatic adjust time, date and lunar year transfer within the year 2099.
4.3 Display and surveillance
●6 digit LCD display energy of current day hour, low load , the display of energy is 5 integral and 1 decimal.
Installation and operation
5.1 The meter should be installed in rain proof case of inside or outside room , the case should be fixed solid on fire proof wall
The advised height of installation is not low than 2 meters. No caustic substance in the air
5.2 The meter is connected according to the connect diagram on the terminal cover, it’s better to adopt bronze line or bronze tie-in, all the connected bolts should be fast screw down.

Transportation and storage
6.1 The meter should avoid to be strike violently during transport and open, transported and stored according to GB/T15464-1995 and stipulations of <>
6.2 The meter should be stored and kept on shelf with original package, the height should be not more than 5 layers.
The place of meter kept should be clean, the temperature should be 0~40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, no caustic substance is in the air. |
