Description
DDSF54 single phase multi-tariff electronic energy meter is equipped with advanced energy metric chip and reliable MCU circuit, adopting digital process technology and advanced SMT surface process, it is an energy meter which have reached advanced international standard level. DDSF54 single phase multi-tariff electronic energy meter can recorder user’s energy consumption in different period of time according to preset multi-tariff parameter. Through infrared program or RS485 interface, the data of meter can be read and the parameter can be set in local or other place. Through RS485, data network build an energy parameter collection in long distance, User can see the relevant parameter of meter through LCD display.

When the meter work, the energy consumption of user is transfer into voltage and current signals, sampled by sample circuit respectively, then processed by specialized IC into pulse signal that direct proportion with consumption power, the MCU record and store energy pulse. Process and record respectively corresponding energy consumption in period of time according to the contents of clock and period of time. LCD display recycled the parameter which user chose, recorded information data can be transferred through infrared read unit or RS485 communication interface.
Main functions
4.1 Energy measurement
●Measure bi-direction active energy; (reverse energy is calculated as positive one), data keep time after electricity break off is more than 10 years.
●Store all multi-tariff energy data of 13 months including current month; data transfer dividing line time is set automatic read date
4.2 Tariff and period of time
●Program set peak load, day hour, low load 3 kinds of rate 12 period of time. Default set is 2 period of time, the minimum interval period of time is 30 minutes, period of time set can span zero clock.
●Adopting inset crystal hardware clock circuit, having temperature compensated circuit. Before the year 2099, with the function of automatic adjust time, date and lunar year transfer.
4.3 Display and surveillance
●6 digit LCD display, energy meter display with 5 integral and 1 decimal (it also can be set with 5 integral and 2 decimal), data display recycled.
●Display date, time, and energy of current and last month, the moth before last, bureau number and other parameter.
4.4 Meter display
Meter automatic display recycled including date, time, current total, peak load, low load. The default interval of display recycled is 10 seconds.
Installation and operation
5.1 Before installation, advise to revise program password and clear zero password. User should remember fast the password revised, or can not set the meter.
Before the meter leave factory, user have 2 chances of clear zero under the condition of cover un-open.
5.2 The meter should be installed inside or outside of meter case with rain proof, meter case should be fix fast on solid and fire proof wall, advised fix height not less than 2 meters. No caustic gas in air.
5.3 The meter is connected according to connect diagram on the terminal case, it’s better adopt bonze wire or bonze tie-in, all the bolts should be fast screwed down.

Transportation and storage
6.1 During the transport and open, the meter is avoid to be strike violently, it should be transported and stored according to << GB/T15464-1995 >>.
6.2 Store and keep the meter with original packing on the shelf, the height should be more than 5 layers.
6.3 The place stored should be clean, the temperature should be 0～40℃,relative humidity is not more than 85%, no caustic substance is in the air.
