Description

  DTSF54 tri-phase 4-wire multi-tariff electronic energy meter is equipped with advanced energy metric chip and reliable MCU circuit, adopting digital process technology and advanced SMT surface process, it is an energy metric meter which have reached advanced international standard level. DTSF54 tri-phase 4-wire electronic energy meter can record users energy consumption in different period of time according to preset multi-tariff parameter. Through infrared program or RS485 interface, the data of meter can be read and parameter of meter can be set in local or other place. Through RS485, data network build an energy parameter collection in long distance. User can see relevant meter parameter through LCD display. All the parameter and capability conform to following technical standard completely.

Work principal

3.1 Work principal as showed below chart 1:

3.2 When the energy meter work, the energy consumed by user is transformed into voltage and current signal, sampled by sample circuit respectively, then produce a pulse signal by specialized IC, the pulse signal is direct proportion with power consumption. MCU record and store the energy pulse. The meter process and record corresponding energy in the period of time according to content in the clock and period. LCD recycled display the parameters that user chose , recorded information and data can be transported by infrared reading unit or RS485 communication interface.

Basic functions

4.1Measurement function

4.1.1 Measure bidirectional active energy; (reverse energy is calculated as positive energy). Data is stored in EEPROM after electricity break off, and data can be kept more than ten years.

4.12  Store multi-tariff energy data of 13 months including current month, data transfer store dividing-line time is automatic read meter date.

4.2 period of time and rate function

4.2.1 Adopting inset crystal hardware clock circuit, with temperature compensation circuit. Automatic adjust the time, date and lunar year automatic transfer within year 2099, that can guarantee time error within 30s/month.

4.2.2 Program set peak load, day hour, low load 3 rate 12 period of time. Default set is 3 rate, 5 period of time(conform to Jiangsu requirements), minimum period of time interval is 30 minutes, period of time set can span clock zero. Random period of time start and stop real time and set time error not more than 5s.

 

4.3 Display and surveillance

4.3.1 6 digit LCD display, energy display is 5 integer and 1 decimal( can also set 5 integer and 2 decimal), data display recycled.

4.3.2. Display current date, time/ current total, peak load, day hour, low load energy. LCD display recycled. After energy meter connect electricity, date, time, current total, peak load, day hour, low load , meter bureau, operating period of time(peak load, day hour, low load) is always display recycled, other be displayed according to be set.  4.5 Communication function

4.5.1 Infrared communication interface: communication distance ≥4m

Communication angle: ≥±15o

4.5.2 RS485 communication: baud rate 1200bps/s,semiduplex, RS485 communication circuit is separated with inner meter circuit, communication distance:1200m. Electric parameter is conform to DL/T645-97.

4.3.2 Through RS485, can realize remote read meter operating situation.

4.6.Program function

4.6.1 program control

    Through infrared communication interface or RS485 communication interface, program the meter, the meter adopt hardware switch and software password to limit the meter program. When the program switch is in a state program permit, the meter can be program. When the program switch is in a state program forbid, only stipulated items can be operated, the detail items please see<<DDSF54 single phase multi-tariff electronic energy meter communication protocol and software program operation>>, meter reading is not controlled by program switch.

4.6.2Program contents

   Program contents including below 6 items: time, date, rate period of time, meter address, display mode, energy total. Above mentioned 6 items can be set separately, also be set one time according to <<integrated program>>

4.63 Program inspection

All program contents can be reread inspection through infrared read unit or RS485 interface.

Installation and operation

5.1 Before meter is installed, advice to revise program password and clear zero password. User must remember the new password, or will not be able to set the meter. The factory leave  2 times chances of clear zero password for power supply company that no need to open the meter cover.

5.2 The meter should be installed in the meter case of inside or outside room which is rain proof, the meter case is fast fix the solid and fire proof wall. The suggested height is not low than 2 meters. No caustic gas in air.

5.3. The meter is connected according to connect chart on the terminal cover, its better to use bronze or bonze tie-in. All the bolts should be fast.

Transportation and storage

 

6.1 During transport and open, the meter should be avoided to strike violently, and should conform to GB/T15464-1995 <<apparatus and meter pacing general technical requirements>>.

 

6.2 Storage and keep should be place in the shelf, the height should be not more than five layers.

 

6.3 The place of storage should keep clean ,the temperature should be 040,relative humidity should be not more than 85%, not caustic gas in the air.
